AI-Native Developer

Siliguri · Full-time · In office

This is the shortlisting assessment for the AI-Native Developer role at Appycodes. An early-career role for someone who writes real JavaScript, ships and deploys features, and builds fluently with AI coding tools — using them to move fast while staying critical: reading the code, catching invented APIs, and keeping secrets out of harm's way. We care how you think and verify, not how many frameworks you can name.

• ⏱️Up to 18 minutes — 10 fast questions, timed individually. Trust your judgment.
• 🧠Then one real task (5–7 min) — compare three official API docs and recommend an approach, without writing code. We read this most carefully.
• 🔒Complete one assessment at a time. Leaving the test window freezes the screen for 30 seconds.
• 📍In-person, full-time, in Siliguri. We hire from the region — you'll confirm this when you apply.
