When pricing is genuinely bespoke, such as hybrid usage plus seats, custom entitlements, or multi-party payouts, we model the subscription state in your own database and drive Stripe through its APIs, keeping the two reconciled.
02How do you stop webhook events from corrupting billing state?+
Every handler is idempotent and verifies the Stripe signature, so a retried or duplicated event is safe to process twice. We record processed event IDs, treat webhooks as the source of truth for state changes, and run scheduled reconciliation against the Stripe API to catch anything a webhook missed.
03Can you migrate our existing billing to Stripe or fix a broken integration?+
