SIX QUESTIONS. ONE USEFUL BLUEPRINT.

The decisions you need to make.
The detail you need to make them.

01

What actually needs to move?

An inventory of content types, templates and media, with a plan for the things worth keeping and the things worth retiring.

02

What will the new CMS look like?

A content model and editing workflow for your team, including previews, publishing roles and the everyday jobs they need to do.

03

What could we lose in search?

A prioritised page register, URL and metadata safeguards, and a clear list of what still needs verifying.

04

Which integrations need rebuilding?

A dependency map for your CRM, forms, chat, analytics and operational systems, with acceptance checks for each.

05

What will it cost, and how long?

Indicative effort and budget ranges, a phased roadmap, and the assumptions that could change the estimate.

06

How do we launch with confidence?

A practical risk register, test plan, cutover sequence and handover checklist your chosen developer can use.

AUTOMATION DOES THE LEGWORK. PEOPLE APPLY JUDGEMENT.

A useful first look.
Then a properly considered plan.

01

Tell us about the website

Share your priorities and integrations. Add Search Console if you want search data to guide the plan, or continue without it.

02

See your preliminary direction

The planned scan checks the sitemap and representative pages. You get an initial scope and open questions while the detailed review happens.

03

A strategist reviews the blueprint

Within 24 hours, the live service will deliver a report checked by a senior Appycodes strategist. Export it, share it, and choose who builds it.

You’re exploring the complete journey with sample data. Crawling, Google access, human review and report delivery will be connected in a later phase.

NO OBLIGATION. NO MYSTERY.

A few things worth knowing.

Why offer a detailed assessment for free?

It helps you decide whether a migration is worthwhile, and gives us a useful starting point if you want to work together. You keep the blueprint regardless of who delivers the project.

Do I have to connect Google Search Console?

No. The planned service can assess public pages and use your own shortlist. Search Console adds evidence about which landing pages attract organic traffic, so those pages can be prioritised. Missing evidence will be labelled.

Will someone really review the report?

That is the intended live service: a senior Appycodes strategist will review the scope, risks and estimate before the full report is delivered. This preview simulates that stage and does not claim a review has taken place.

Can I give the blueprint to my existing developer?

Yes. Export the report as Markdown or use Print / save PDF. It includes the assumptions, workstreams, risks and launch checks needed to start a technical scoping conversation.

Is the price in the report a fixed quote?

No. It is an indicative range based on the stated scope and sample assumptions. A fixed quote needs verified content volumes, integration details, access and agreed acceptance criteria.
